Self-Adhesive PTFE Teflon® Band

It has self-adhesive characteristic with high temperature resistance. PTFE fiber fabrics can be operated between - 270 Co and + 270 Co temperature. It is preferred due to its characteristics such as its resistance to chemical substances (humidity, acid, solvent, oil etc.), friction resistance, non-adhesiveness, fireproof, electrical isolation, flexibility, high heat transfer, non-spoilage of surface at some resistances, easiness of cleaning and it can be reused and it easily leaves off the material. It can be used in almost all sectors. As fusing adhesive press band, antistatic and normal teflon cloths are used in: textile, rubber extrusion tunnels, paper, light corrugated cartoon, plastic, extrusion process of aluminum profiles (paper/packaging industry), packaging machine resistance jaws, furniture sector, in plywood and lamination process, food industry, food cooking – cooling tunnels, hot trays such as biscuit and dough and electric – electronic industry. They are also used in sectors: medical science (laboratories), space technology, computers, filter products, leakage prevention, isolation band etc. Standard width is 1000 mm.
